It was designed by HBA, a world-renowned design company, with a philosophy deep rooted in the cultural essence of China’s Han and Tang dynasties – the golden age of the ancient Silk Road. The train is beautifully decorated by Qingdao CRRC Sifang and painted by Tsinghua University Academy of Art & Design with authentic Han-Tang cloud motifs. When not exploring the rich tapestry of cultures, history and landscapes, passengers can look forward to the comforts that await them on the beautiful Silk Road Express train. Bachmann China brings the Silk Road Express to life in N Scale for the first time with this luxury train pack that includes a locomotive and four coaches. Each model is carefully crafted to mirror the real train and is finished with an astonishing level of decoration reflecting the opulence of the real ‘Silk Road Express’. Each of the four coaches boasts interior lighting and is supplied with full-colour interior stickers for optional fitting, extending the lavish appearance of the coach’s exterior to the inside too.
