Service Request

Bachmann Europe Plc has a standard Service Charge for models that are either out of warranty or are supplied without good supporting evidence proving the validity of warranty. Claims for warranty work must be made in accordance with the terms of that warranty supported by a bona-fide receipt from the retailer to confirm the date of purchase.


Opening Times

We have temporarily reduced our opening hours due to the coronavirus outbreak. Telephone calls and emails will be answered between the hours of 08:30 and 13:00 GMT Monday to Friday.

We are now accepting Warranty repairs ONLY

Spare Parts for Sale

We keep a wide range of electric and mechanical spare parts for our products in N and OO scale, plus a limited range of HO, On30 and G scale parts. We also hold a selection of locomotive bodies and have some parts for our older split chassis models.

Our technical team are happy to talk you through any questions you may have relating to your Bachmann products. Queries can be dealt with via email.
