This international luxury tourist train was created by the railway cultural tourism brand “Train of Glamour” under Fosun Infrastructure Group. It was designed by HBA, a world-renowned design company, with a philosophy deep rooted in the cultural essence of China’s Han and Tang dynasties – the golden age of the ancient Silk Road. The train is beautifully decorated by Qingdao CRRC Sifang and painted by Tsinghua University Academy of Art & Design with authentic Han-Tang cloud motifs. When not exploring the rich tapestry of cultures, history and landscapes, passengers can look forward to the comforts that await them on the beautiful Silk Road Express train. From catching up on the day’s events in the bar car, to taking in spectacular views in the panoramic observation car, life aboard the Silk Road Express is pure pleasure.
