US Navy F/A-18F Super Hornet Fighter Aircraft.
Two-seat variant of the U.S. Navy's carrier-capable multirole strike fighter. Developed from the earlier Hornet family, the Super Hornet is larger, carries more fuel, and offers significantly greater range and payload. Designed for air superiority, fleet defence, strike missions, close air support, reconnaissance, aerial refuelling and suppression of enemy air defences, it has become one of the U.S. Navy's principal combat aircraft since entering service in the late 1990s.
The F-model retains full combat capability in both cockpits, allowing the second crew member to manage sensors, weapons and mission systems during complex operations.
The kit: New tooling. Canopy can be assembled open or closed. Wings can be built in folded position. Variable position flaps. Two pilot figures included.
