SMS Derfflinger 1916 (full hull).

Derfflinger-class battlecruiser of the German Imperial Navy. Laid down in January 1912, launched on July 12 1913, commissioned on September 1 1915. DERFFLINGER took part in the raid on Scarborough, Hartlepool and Whitby in December 1914, the bombardment of Great Yarmouth and Lowestoft in April 1916, and the Battle of Jutland on May 30/June 1 1916. Surviving until the end of WWI, DERFFLINGER was one of more than 70 surrendered German Navy vessels scuttled in Scapa Flow on June 21 1919. DERFFLINGER was raised twenty years later in 1939 and was demolished by 1948. Product developed jointly by Takom and Snowman Model.
