First Bangor Model Railway Club
We are a small club connected with First Bangor Presbyterian Church where we have a clubroom. Club layouts are in 00 & N.
Formed in 1978 the Society moved to its present location in 1980. The interests of the 30+ members range from 'N' gauge to 71/4" (and also 12" to the foot). The clubrooms are in Central Avenue, Bangor are are currently undergoing renovation.
All manor of railway activity nights with video and demos. We have two exhibition layouts, one beginners layout being built, and a club members layout for running stock. Extensive book library, mainly OO, N, scale modellers covering all era's.
